Usage information

Purpose

The app organizes public information about companies chosen by the user. It does not recommend buying or selling specific securities or provide personalized investment advice. Canadian users can research the supported Japanese and US catalog; Canadian-listed stocks are not included.

AI limitations and sources

AI answers may contain errors or omissions. The app uses independently organized numerical and factual notes from selected official disclosures, including SEC structured financial facts where available. Source coverage, later amendments and completeness are not guaranteed. Check the linked official disclosures. A catalog match does not guarantee analysis availability.

Illustrative scenarios

Bear, base and bull lines are hypothetical examples from your manually entered reference price. They are not probabilities, confidence intervals or price targets. The app does not provide current or historical price feeds and does not guarantee future prices or returns. You remain responsible for investment decisions.

Limits

The free plan includes ads and analysis of one new stock per Japan calendar day. Premium removes ads, enables favorites and permits analysis of up to ten new stocks per Japan calendar day. Text and graph requests for a stock share that stock allowance. Saved responses can be viewed without additional AI generation. Separate languages may require separate generation. During the trial, new AI generation across the entire service is also limited to ten requests per day and 300 per month, including Premium users. When shared limits are reached or during maintenance, outages or missing-source periods, new generation may be unavailable.

Premium subscription

Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Current configured monthly prices are JPY 980 in Japan, USD 5.99 in the United States and CAD 7.99 in Canada. Check Apple's purchase confirmation for the final local price, taxes, period and renewal terms. Apple handles purchasing, renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Manage or cancel automatic renewal in Apple's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. TestFlight test purchases are separate from production subscriptions.
