Privacy policy

Information on your device

The app stores analysis history, favorites, saved AI text and scenarios, reference prices, language preference and usage-management information locally. No app-specific account is required. The app does not connect to your brokerage, bank accounts or portfolio.

AI requests

Analysis requests, including security identifiers and a manually entered reference price where applicable, are processed by a server on Cloudflare. Company names, security identifiers, organized facts or excerpts from public disclosures, and the manual reference price needed to generate text or scenarios are sent to OpenAI. Support email and your locally stored favorites list are not supplied as AI prompt input.

Storage and misuse prevention

The server saves generated results for reuse and manages usage limits. Apple App Attest verifies the app using public keys, short-lived challenges, signature counters and daily usage records. This does not verify your personal name. Network providers and Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other connection information.

Providers and purchases

OpenAI requests use store:false. This does not mean every processing record is immediately deleted. Provider retention and processing follow each provider's policies. Apple StoreKit handles purchases and restoration. Product, purchase, renewal and expiration state, signed transaction information and the original transaction identifier are verified with Apple to manage paid features and limits. These purchase records are not used for advertising or as OpenAI prompt input. The developer does not receive your card number or Apple Account password.

Advertising and external links

The free plan uses Google AdMob; the paid plan does not show ads. Google may process IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising and misuse prevention. The app requests non-personalized ads; this does not eliminate data transmission to the ad provider. Where required, a consent form appears before advertising, and privacy choices can be changed using the ad privacy options when available. Development uses test ads. External stock-chart websites apply their own policies.

Deletion and contact

Saved AI answers can be deleted from Info. Deleting the app removes local history, favorites and other local records. Apple purchase information and server-side misuse-prevention records are not automatically deleted with the app. Daily usage, stock and reference-price records support limits and misuse checks; public keys and signature counters support continued app verification. These server records can remain after deletion of the app. Contact bungakuuni@gmail.com about data handling or deletion. After identifying the applicable records, we handle deletion requests except where retention is needed for misuse prevention, legal requirements or similar purposes.
